Thanks....I am now a big fan of salebyownerrealty.com and yourigloo.com - this is saving me a lotta money. ....I buy and sell a lot, this is really helpful....non-stop phone calls for the past 2 1/2 wks. Had to buy a special lock box for the front door so that agents could get in....

I wanted to write a testimonial on your behalf of your company because I have used your service several times and have always found it to be the best option with the most business sense. I tell all my friends to use your service all the time. The staff is courteous, smart, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. I have used realtors in the past and have been disappointed to find that only ˝ of the callers ever make it to my property. Here is what I mean, earlier this year I listed with a realtor for one month – at the end of the month I had 1 person come see the property. Property price was inflated to cover her commission and often showing other properties that paid more commission. I cancelled the realtor and decided to use you. I listed the house on Thursday – I had 8 people come see the property within the next three 3 days – and 2 offers by Saturday. House closed for full price in record time for this current market. By using you - I have control of the calls, visits and when I show the property I get direct feedback from people. I would not use another source to sell my home.

The woman who purchased our home took one of the papers we had out in front of our home and she did look at the pictures we had on your web site, which made her want to see our home. After we had her offer, the whole experience went very smooth, we called our lawyer and he took care of the rest. Not sure what a realtor would have done for us to earn the over $30,000 we would have had to pay them. We are big believers in trying to sell your home yourself. This is the 4th one we have sold by owner. Thank you for your service.

This was a huge money saver for my wife and I when we sold our first home. We saved over $4400 in realtor fees and used this savings towards the purchase of our next home. The service was fast, friendly and easy to use. It only took about an hour to fill out the forms and get everything up and going. We probably had a total of 10 hours in the entire process of selling our home. That equates to $440 per hour!

Just a quick note to brag on your service! We put our house up for sale in early February. We had an offer within a week, and closed on our home yesterday. In just over a week’s time we had approximately 30 showings. We also had two back-up offers in the event the first offer fell through. While I realize that a lot of this had to do with the area, market, and pricing it was also because we got the exposure to MLS through your site. We ended up selling with no broker fees. This saved us over $10,000 on the sale of our home!

P.S. – We truly think “Staging” the house worked. We have had several couples come through our house and with their realtors, but selling an empty house just did not capture them. This past weekend, we “Staged” our house with new glass coffee and end tables, glass dinette set, armoire, sofa, etc. and the first couple that came through on Saturday bought it!!!! It’s unbelievable, but the “Staging” does work. Somehow, it helps the buyer visualize living in the home. I would over hear them talking about where they would put their furniture (like ours), etc. Again, we greatly appreciate all of your support!!! You such a great team!!!
